Sridevi in the film and on the sets of Gumrah (1993). With her short bob cut, her look and fine act was impeccable. 
In a career dotted by splendid performances, this was yet another jewel in her crown. Sridevi hits all the right notes in this Indian remake of Bangkok Hilton - a Nicole Kidman TV show from the 1980s that got Bollywood-ised.
