Sridevi with Madhuri Dixit over the years: Rarest photos of the Bollywood queens and icons together

Rare instances of the few times Bollywood's leading ladies, super stars Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit shared the same stage, event or even photo frame together.

When they were both acting full-time, the media had a field day pitting the two leading ladies against each other but it was entirely a paper war, fueled by enthusiastic editors and over enthusiastic headline writers.

Sridevi attended Madhuri Dixit's birthday party, her wedding reception and after she married Boney Kapoor, she had no qualms about Kapoor home film productions that included Madhuri Dixit as the leading lady; most notably in the exceptional film Pukar.

In turn, Madhuri has always spoken well about Sridevi regularly, never changing her admiration from the time she was a rising star to an established one. In fact, in Madhuri's latest interview on Koffee with Karan, she said of all her contemporaries, Sridevi was her favourite. But of course, there's much vitriol online from the fans [trolls!] of the two.

Learn from the divas - go with peace and light y'all!!

In Bollywood tabloids, the two stars were interlinked in so many conversations that photo editors, art directors and magazine editors had to create fake fusion images of the two leading lades, to illustrate their articles as there were so few instances when the two were in the same frame.

Above a handful of images from the 90s and 00s!
