Sridevi leads Star-Studded line-up at IIFAA 2013

Sridevi and Prabhudeva lead a constellation of Indian stars who are set to perform at the 14th IIFA Awards at The Venetian Macau. A night filled with Bollywood celebrities descending on stage for the glamorous award show, the event will also see performances from other luminaries such as Abhishek Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit and Deepika Padukone.

However, by far, the most anticipated number promises to be the unique and unprecedented combo of dancing sensation Prabhudeva matching steps with screen siren Sridevi, in a one-of-a-kind dance-off.

With her stunning comeback in the highly acclaimed, box-office smash English Vinglish, Sridevi's return to stage also comes after a long hiatus. Last she performed at Filmfare Awards show back in 2007, the beautiful actress makes a highly anticipated return on the dais this year after a five year pause from performing in front of a live audience. Known as the 'born actress', Sridevi has also danced up a storm on screen in a career resplendent with memorable dance numbers, which makes millions of her global fans look forward to this show of shows. 

Having given his first international performance at IIFA 2005 in Amsterdam. Abhishek Bachchan is bound to kick-start the show with his usual joie-de-vivre and peerless stage presence.

Young Deepika Padukone - a favourite of Sridevi herself - hits the stage fresh off the success of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani as she's set to showcase her scintillating moves to her recent hits, including Angrezi Beats, Tumhi Ho Bandho and Balam Pichkaari.

Also performing at the IIFA Awards will be Indian actress and legendary dancer Madhuri Dixit.  Known for her iconic moves and grace, she makes her IIFA debut this year.

IIFA  2013 will also see a host of prominent personalities attend including Shahrukh Khan, Irrfan Khan, Vidya Balan, Anil Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Arjun Rampal, Shardha Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Huma Quereshi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shabana Azmi, Aditya Roy Kapur, Javed Akhtar and Parineeti Chopra among others.

IIFA Awards will take place at The Venetian Macao’s CotaiArena on the 6th of July and will seat an audience of nearly 7,000 fans. The event, which often includes premieres, movie launches, fashion shows and so on, will be held over July 4th – 6th at The Venetian Macao.
