Released the same year as the blockbuster Chandni and the award-winning Chaalbaaz, Nagina's sequel got swept under the rug but we loved Nigahein (1989). And we know we are in the minority.
Sridevi was in fine form and has rarely looked better. A box-office flop isn't a be all and end all of a movie. Sri's stunning songs and dances live on from this film till date. We find her Russian fans, Malaysian and Indonesian ones posting images and espousing their love for the film and for Sridevi often. Mostly on social media - esp on Facebook.
