Sridevi on the sets of
Nigahein (1989) with co-star Anupam Kher. The sequel to
Nagina (one of the first few sequels to be made in Bollywood history) the movie wasn't as big a smash as its predecessor. Sridevi gave her spirited best performance, as usual, in the movie and looked drop-dead gorgeous throughout.
The movie recovered costs and made a marginal profit at the table - but because it wasn't a smash as big as its prequel, it got written off. However, as the stats show, the movie was profitable for all parties.
