Putting the Soundarya in Soundarya Lahari
Sridevi is going to appear on K Raghavendra Rao's talk show, Soundarya Lahari. The actress has already shot for her episode in Hyderabad earlier this week and it'll be aired later this year. Incidentally, the duo met in Kuala Lumpur earlier this month, where K Raghavendra Rao was bestowed with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to cinema. Back in the 80s and 90s, the two had worked together in a select few films, which went on to become blockbusters. Some of Sridevi's most popular films like Padaharella Vayasu, Mosagadu, Himmatwala, Tohfa and Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari were directed by K Raghavendra Rao. It remains to be seen what secrets the two are going to reveal about their collaboration in the past.
