6 Hindi Films of Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor: Bollywood's Brightest Stars: The Listicle

Throughout the 1980s and early '90s, Rishi Kapoor and Sridevi did several Hindi films together. Both fine actors and superstars, they matched each others' steps and were perfect foils in half-a-dozen films.

Starting in 1986 with the box office smash Nagina (which was an unexpected and unprecedented hit), and culminating with Kaun Sacha Kaun Jhoota in 1997, (though undoubtedly, the best film they did together was Chandni in 1989), the two were awesome together. 

It may seem like they did dozens of films together but they didn't - they made such iconic box-office smashes that the memories and hit songs makes it seem like they did far more films than they actually did. Just six in fact. 

Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor need to do a stellar drama together (or comedy!). We've entertained this notion of the Indo-fied version of Whose Afraid of Virginia Wolf? in our head for several years...  But then... we are full of lofty ideas!
