mostly a pass? Come on. It's not a masterpiece or anything but this movie has great moments of comedy, a tragic ending and GREAT music. The 'Ranjha Ranjha karte karte' scene is just mesmerizing to watch, that song is in my top 3 of all time. Sridevi has a unique look in this movie that one can easily recognize. Beautiful story, definitely worth watching if you're a fan.
