Sigh. The trouble with Bollywood during the 1980s - and that's a long thread to pull - once something worked, it was repeated ad nauseum and producers tried to cash in on the formula! Hence, Sri was repeated asked to wear a blue sari throughout the 80s - it comes up surprisingly often...
