These images of Sridevi originally appeared long before the film Gumraah was conceived (well, long before Sridevi's look with the bob-cut wig was conceived). For the publicity stills for the film - where Sridevi was a singer - these images shot by Rakesh Shreshta for MOVIE magazine were used. Later, Sridevi had a distinct short crop look that remained consistent throughout the film (except for the first stanza of Yeh Hai Sharaabkhana...).
