Memorable for us as the film also stars a very young little cherub that the world ended up loving from the word go; Sridevi. 

"In a scene in the film, Sridevi had to run and cross a road, into ongoing traffic. A speeding car accidentally hit her and Sri fell immediately and became unconscious. I was so scared. I carried her in my arms to the hospital. But by God’s grace nothing happened except a small leg injury, " said K Raghavendra Rao. 

A little star could have dimmed that near-fatal day but the universe had other plans for the child artist.
