Famous Fan: Saqib Saleem, "I totally love Sridevi."

Model turned actor, the handsome Saqib Saleem says, "I have grown up watching Sridevi's films, so picking one movie of hers was difficult. But I have to say that her part in English Vinglish, where she learns a new language and makes her mark in a new place like America, is really touching. How she gains respect, but still chooses her family over everything else is really amazing. I felt it was like the story of every Indian mother. Her films always take me to another world. I totally love her and her characters, so much so that I would practice her scenes."

Sridevi remains forever associated with the phrase Hawa Hawaii - thanks to her iconic song in Mr India. Ever-so graceful in white, she wowed at this event.

Sridevi met director Partho Gupte and interacted with the cast - including newcomer Saqib Saleem at the trailer launch of Hawaa Hawaai at PVR.

There were rumours that Sridevi would have a guest appearance or cameo in the film Hawa Hawaii (which proved unfounded) and a lot of anticipation that she'd attend the launch of the film's trailer... And she did!

As Amol Gupte introduced the "original Hawa Hawaii", Sridevi graced the launch of the anticipated film looking oh-so-chic in her white western ensemble. Flanked by the young stars of the movie, she unveiled the first look of the film looking as stunning as ever.

Having loved the past films of the movie's writer and director, Amol Gupte, Sridevi said she was excited to watch the film, "I have seen the trailer, I have liked it a lot," she said on stage."And I look forward to the movie."
