Rare pics of Sridevi from 1994. Sridevi, along with Manisha Koirala, Anil Kapoor, Nagma, Sudesh Bhosle etc, landed in Hong Kong for a Diwali stage show. Tickets were a staggering HK$1,000 each back then, for the front few rows. My dear parents bought me a ticket. 

The night before the show, she posed for South China Morning Post's photographer Jon Hargest. Not sure of Jon realised he was taking snaps of the most beloved actress of a nation, who went on to become a living legend. 

She looks so simple and gorgeous here.
