Sridevi's death anniversary

Well, its been three years. We've found no solace, no answers, we still have the numb grief, and we still can't believe it. 

RIP Sridevi - wherever you are... 

We - the Sridevi fan collective - think of you.... Every. Single. Day.

This was such a simple scene - but look how gorgeously shot. In a field of yellow flowers, reading a letter... 

Yash Chopra had such vision for his films. He was truly a master film maker, spanning so many genres but immortalised in romance films.

Sridevi on the sets of Gurudev: Stills from a scene cut from the film

Thanks to a fan for pointing it out and informing us, this is from a scene in Gurudev that eventually got cut. Its from a scene were Anil Kapoor sends Sridevi, the singing and dancing star, dozens of roses to impress her and she's frustrated by him. Which eventually leads to the song Sachi sachi kehta hoon. 

We've credited this incorrectly in the past - amended. 

One of the few good things about social media, information - the bad, a barrage of misinformation. Just have to weed out the bad!
