Amul Does it Again: Fab montage to honour the late great Sridevi

The most iconic ad campaign to pop out of the Indian market, the Amul girl tributes are legendary. From sketch to tag line, they grasp the zeitgest with such alacrity, accuracity and wit. This one however, made us teary-eyed. RIP Sridevi.

Amul

Amul does it yet again! Too cute.

Animated Sridevi by Amul

Too, too cute. Sridevi animated by the caricaturists at Amul.

Amul's Khuda Gawah, Mr India ad: Sridevi in caricature

Too cute. Amul's homage to Khuda Gawah, Mr.India and upon the breaking news that Sridevi was married and pregnant with Boney Kapoor's child.

Amul's adverts with a comical take on what's happening has been spot on since... memory serves. Incredible.
