Sur Kshetra 2012: Sridevi with singing legends Asha Bhosle, Runa Laila and Abida Perveen: Superstar on Reality TV

No points for stating the obvious, but Sridevi looks wow of course. It was so endearing when the young contestants said they dreamed about meeting her - and she turned up looking as splendid as ever. So pretty in pink. She said on stage it was because of singers like Aasha Bhosle - who sang several songs for Sridevi during the 1980s - that Sridevi had such an incredible career.

Sridevi technically had an extended cameo in the movie - she doesn't appear until 1.hr 40 mins in and has one song and two scenes in the film! Being the huge star that she was, she features prominently in all the posters and publicity stills for the movie.

The song Aaj Subah Jab Main Jaga was a huge hit and had repeat play in radio stations all over.
