Sridevi and Boney Kapoor at SIIMA 2014, Day 2 in Malaysia

Clad in a gossamer Manish Malhotra sari, Sridevi accompanied her husband, film producer Boney Kapoor, to the second night of festivities of SIIMA 2014.

Gorgeous beyond belief, the sultry look was a 180 turn for Sri's peaches and roses look the previous evening. Stunning then, stunning now, Sridevi never fails to surprise and stun.

Sridevi in Sabyasachi Mukherjee at SIIMA 2014

The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) held in Malaysia this week kicked off in style as a cavalcade of glamorous movie stars - headed by south Indian sensation Sridevi - attended.

Clad in a Sabyasachi sari, looking resplendent with her regal poise, Sridevi was the shimmering superstar in a constellation that included Chiranjeevi, Shriya Saran, Huma Qureshi, Saqib Saleem, among a host of others.

For the first time, Malaysia hosts the prestigious event, scheduled for Sep 12 and Sep 13 (2014) at Stadium Negara. Over 100 Indian movie stars are expected with performances by several including Tamannaah Bhatia, Anirudh, Devi Sri Prasad, Shriya Saran, Shiv Rajkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Nivin Pauly, Regina and Rakul Preet Singh.

SIIMA chairman Vishnu Induri said the selection of Malaysia as the venue of the event was the right choice. "Indian films are very popular here. So, this is the right place for us to hold SIIMA, and I am very happy with the support from the Malaysian government, especially as it is Visit Malaysia 2014," he said.
