Sridevi in silver: Portrait published in Faces (1997) by Gautam Rajadhyaksha

Gautam Rajadhyaksha's series of pics of Sridevi in silver. Its a different look for Sridevi, but then, she's always been a versatile woman of myriad expressions, looks and avtaars. Devi indeed. Gautam da loved this shoot so much, he featured it in his coffee table book Faces, published in 1997. A Bollywood tome that is truly a collector's item.  

Sadly, we think this was the last session Sridevi did with Gautam da. When Sri made her comeback, there was some discussion about a shoot with the great photographer, but he tragically passed away suddenly at far too young an age. 

RIP Gautam Da.
