Sridevi at her most regal. It's just a splendid cover and cover shoot. Shot during the peak of Sridevi's fame and fortune, when she was the undisputed Queen of Indian Cinema, Hits, awards, only A-list actors as co-stars, Sri's reign was unlike any other, in that defining era of a glorious glamorous true blue movie stardom! 

Cine Blitz always knew the pulse of cine-goers and had the best covers with the leading ladies of their time, be it Sridevi, Rekha, Dimple Kapadia... and of course Juhi Chawla and Madhuri Dixit.  

Under the helm of Rita Mehta, the magazine had brilliant concepts, covers... and when she left, it has petered down to... whatever it is today.

Left: The portraits were used in not only Indian magazines - but Russian ones too! Sridevi's fan following in Russia is second to perhaps only Raj Kapoor.
