Jeetendra and Sridevi seen here on the sets of Himmat Aur Mehanat (1987). The undisputed '80s star power coupling - on screen - in the Hindi film industry. When we look back at the box office reports (not the critics!), its no wonder they were so often paired together.
Great to know/hear that Sridevi and Jeetendra remain friends even after 20+ years of working together. Both have only the kindest words for each other and remain affectionate and respectful.
In the television show Baaje Paayal, Jeetendra said, "I was a big fan of Sridevi when I was working with her."
The feeling was mutual.
