There were Mukherjee's muses galore in the audience including Deepika Padukone, Kalki Koechlin, Rani Mukherjee, Kajol, Neha Dhupia and Bollywood's other famed residents + Indian socialites galore - but Sridevi remained, yet again, the cynosure of all eyes as the superstar arrived to meet a flurry of flashbulbs.
Looking beatific and beautiful as ever - if not more so - the serene diva sat front row to support the work of the Indian designer, who had earlier worked on her look in the film English Vinglish back in 2012. The actress has worn Sabyasachi ensembles at several red carpet events in the past few years and voiced her support for the Bengali couturier who brought ethnic chic back to the forefront of fashion in India today.
A mutual admiration club, the designer has spoken at length over his love for Sridevi in the past too.
