Sridevi and Vinod Khanna did a handful of films together, most memorably in
Chandni (1989),
Pathar Ke Insaan (1990) and
Farishtay (2991). Two films they worked together in
Zameen (1987) and Garajna (1991) were never completed, hence never released. Above pics are rare images from the sets of the shelved film
Zameen.
Sadly, they both passed within a few months of each other and as they both got National Awards posthumously, both are interlinked in life and in death.
RIP legends.
Vinod Khanna, Sridevi and Asha Sharma (who also acted as Sridevi's mom in
