On May 8, 1992, with great fanfare, the colossal epic Khuda Gawah was released in India. The grandeur and scale of the film was just something else. Bringing together on screen the two icons of Indian cinema, Sridevi and 'the' Amitabh Bachchan, was a momentous movie and occasion. There's so much to remember in the film - particularly the first half, the songs, Sridevi's incredible show-stopping introduction, the finale, the performances... uff. Everything about the movie was huge - there were several moments while watching the film when we realised, God, Sridevi was created for the big-screen. Legend.
