The symbiotic relationship between Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi: A lifetime next to each other in print. A reference point in media since the very beginning. The two worked in one film together - Zameen - and their paths only crossed in award-shows or occasional parties, but they shared top billing, co-stars, choreographer, while certain producers/directors had their own camp, where the ladies where the leaders. 

Their respective fans had a warpath against the other far more than either of the superstars. A slight comment overblown or passing remark seen as an insult to the other when it was nothing but a paper feud mostly created by warring media outlets.
