Found this amusing that Sridevi and Madhuri were in magazines next to each other, and in this day and age in reels, the two are still next to each other!
Born four years apart, the media pitted the two actresses together from the second Madhuri Dixit had her first hit. Well, just before in fact, as far back as 1988 when the media was spit balling names and wondering which would stick!
Sridevi was compared to all her contemporaries and all paled under the luminescent one. Then a little movie called Hum Aapke Hain Kaun came and changed the trajectory of la Dixit's career.
