Even we are hard pressed to resist the term nepo-baby, I mean, born to the biggest female superstar-Sridevi-in a nation of a billion plus, Indian actress Janhvi Kapoor is a star and fine actress in her own right. As we've mentioned before, apart from the occasional similar fashion styling and deliberate repeat of outfits, we find little in common between the two apart from their inherited surname. And this is a good thing. 

Having proved herself as a capable professional, comparisons with her multiple award-winning mother is no longer necessary - but lazy journalists, especially on digital magazines under the constant pressure of regurgitating non-stop daily copy, will always hook a reference between contemporary Janhvi Kapoor with her late, great mother, the OG queen of Bollywood, Sridevi. 

Hopefully, she lets the comments and references fall like water off a duck's back.
