Sridevi was 21. Rajesh Khanna was 42! The mismatched pair--ex wife of the superstar Dimple Kapadia had a lot to say about this--somehow worked as all their films together were hits. Bollywood in the 1980s was... inexplicable, and weirdly illogical.
