Sridevi in Karma: Jackie Shroff and Sridevi in the biggest hit of 1986
Released on August 8, 1986, Karma, the action thriller directed by Subhash Ghai features an ensemble cast including Dilip Kumar, Nutan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Sridevi (as Radha), Poonam Dhillon, and Anupam Kher.
This was the biggest hit of 1986 by a mile.

Released days before her 23rd birthday, Sridevi let it be known that she didn't love being in the multi-star cast film Karma, which ended up being the biggest hit of 1986!
Apart from being a massive blockbuster in her cinematic CV, the film introduced her to choreographer Saroj Khan, who she went on to have a long, fruitful, enduring working relationship and friendship with.
