1980s Fashion: Sridevi rockin' it.

Oh my! Ok, so 1980s was a highly questionable era for Indian films... and especially its fashion. Well, more of an exclamation mark than question really...

Sridevi experimented with looks and colors, hairstyles and makeup, Indian and Western attire, casual chic to over-the-top tiaras, crowns and feathers included in her finery. And more often than not, somehow, magically she made it work. 

As she often said, at home Sridevi dressed in a simple salwaar. On set, whatever the role demanded, and :costume designer" (pre celebrity designers) provided. With her doll-like demeanor, Sri carried it with preternatural style and elegance.
