One of Sridevi's most gorgeous portraits from the late '90s, shot by ace photographer, Shantanu Sheorey for Filmfare. The short hair, the smiles, the expressions... she really turned it on for the camera. One of our all-time fav series of images.The original photographs were published in colour, but when Sridevi went into self imposed hiatus (some might say exile after her controversial marriage), the images resurfaced in black and white in many retrospective features about the great Indian actress. Mark of great photography, looked great either way, in any crop.
