Though Reema Lagoo is only five years older than Sridevi, Bollywood being what it is, the actress was type-cast as the mother figure in innumerable Hindi films, most memorably as Salman Khan's mother in Maine Pyar Kiya - when Salman was only seven years younger than Ms Lagoo! Unsurprising.
