Before Showtime turned into a TV star focused magazine, it was a second tier tabloid to the big guns of Stardust, G, Cine Blitz and other newsstand film magazines. Sridevi appeared on the cover often in the early days. Looking glam as always. Somehow it never got the momentum or unique selling point as a film magazine like the others did.
But it was fun while it lasted...
