Hope 86: Sridevi performs Hawa Hawaii for the first time on stage: Jeetendra joins Sri to recreate all their hits: 1986

Hope 86 was one of the biggest stage shows ever held in India, where the entire Hindi film industry got together to raise funds for unemployed film technicians. Held at the Salt Lake stadium in Kolkata, Sridevi danced to 'Hawa Hawaii', long before the release of the film to generate buzz before the release of the highly anticipated film. 

Sridevi's first stage show was the most awaited moment of the night - by 1986, there was no bigger female superstar in India. She did a solo act, as well as a medley of hits with frequent co-star Jeetendra.
