Sridevi and Mithun Chakraborthy on the sets of Guru (1989).Directed by Umesh Mehra with Sridevi in yet another double-role, it was the last film Mithun and Sri did together after much tabloid fodder.
Sridevi got the opportunity to work with legendary actress Nutan in the film and the movie was a smash at the box-office.
Unafraid to mix up her looks, she sported a shorter wig (oh so 80s!) as the villain's moll in the film, and had longer tresses as the leading lady to the hero.
Not a personal favourite by any means, but the movie has legions of fans in Russia and the movie minted money... so who are we argue with success?!
