Truth be told, Naaka Bandi is one of the worst films made in the early '90s that's studded with, oddly enough, some of the best talents in Bollywood. Sridevi's comedic act, Dharmendra's action, the strong supporting cast of Amrish Puri, Anupam Kher and Sadashiv Amrapurkar, the songs of Aasha Bhosle... But good lord the movie is a royal mess...
BUT we've seen this movie several times just to see Sridevi's songs and dances + the comedy. Its the movie that's 'so bad, its good' fun to watch' ordeals.
While many fell in love with Sridevi in Mr India or Chaalbaaz or Chandni, or Lamhe... guilty confession, we fell hard for Sri while watching her in this movie. Mesmerised by how good she can be in a bad film - its a unique talent that perhaps only one other star shares; Big B! We're all about the Big Sri tho'!
