The Indian Film Industry was a fan of... Sridevi

We have long established a sub-category on this blog dedicated to Sridevi's famous fans ie Indian celebrities who have said they are huge fans of Sridevi such as Karishma Kapoor or Kajol or Juhi Chawla (among dozens of others) who have repeatedly and often stated they loved Sridevi, and not just pay lip-service of fandom to the iconic actresses. They've stated why they loved Sridevi, how she inspired them, their favourite films and/or performances of Sridevi. They have gushed in public, on their social media posts and told the press.

Nagarjuna said this years ago on a television chat show that what separated Sridevi from all his co-stars was the fact that the industry was a fan. Sridevi's stellar career was such and having worked for so long, often when she arrived on set, she was the most famous, most accomplished and most senior artist despite being of young age.
