We hear that Dimple Kapadia won Best Actress for her turn in Bobby and she was only 16... but with Rishi Kapoor revealing in his tell-all book, you could buy an award for as little as Rs 40,000 (which we suppose was a lot of money back in 1973... that seems of questionable merit. Hmm.
