The most comprehensive fan blog dedicated to India's most beautiful and greatest actress of all-time (in our humble opine!), Sridevi. Sridevi aka Sreedevi, ruled Indian cinema (with awesome performances in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi films) in a career spanning 50 incredible years featuring 266 films. Born in Sivakasi on August 13 1963, her untimely and tragic death on February 24, 2018 left a nation in mourning. In our hearts, she'll forever be, the eternal Queen of Bollywood.

Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor in their last film together Kaun Sachcha Kaun Jhootha (1997): 90s Murder Mystery
Sridevi looking absolutely gorgeous in the song Chanchal hawaon ne... from the murder mystery Kaun Sachcha Kaun Jhootha (1997):
Looking stunning in one of her many iconic looks, a repeat take on the classic yellow sari.
Sridevi favoured monochrome saris for their visual impact on screen with studied precision in songs. She knew what would be high-impact on the big screen; be it the blue chiffon sari in Mr.India, the red in Jaanbaaz, the white lace in Chandni - and so on.
These publicity stills from Kaun Sachcha Kaun Jhootha (1997), from the song Chanchal hawaon se were so popular in the 90s. She dances so gracefully and elegantly in the movie - choreographed by her frequent collaborator Saroj Khan.
Watch the thriller Kaun Sachcha Kaun Jhoota on streaming platforms - see if you guess who the murderer is!
BTW this became the last film Rishi Kapoor and Sridevi did together, a film produced by their mutual friend Rakesh Roshan, who saw a decent profit for the low-budget film.

Sridevi on working with Yash Chopra in Chandni (1989)
Sridevi, "...A good director can make the world of a difference... Now, take the case of my own Chandni. The subject itself was very simple. But it was the director’s touch that made the world of a difference. Yash Chopra is a very artistic and poetic director. I am really looking forward to working with him a lot..."TBT: Sridevi quote on working with Yash Chopra in Chandni.
