Sridevi's bedazzled turban for Cine Blitz, June 1988.
Sridevi, December 1991 - on the cover of Stardust - from the same shoot!
The June 1988 cover story of Cine Blitz was a rather... twisted tale of the alleged falling out between Rekha and Sridevi. Now time and history proves that no such fallout occurred. Sridevi and Rekha maintained their friendship till the very end..
So this cover tag... is surprising. Cine Blitz turned from friend of Rekha to foe - real fast. It got so bad at a point, Rekha took the magazine to the cleaners; to court!
