Rare Pic: Sridevi with her director Partho Ghosh: Kaun Sachcha Kaun Jhootha (1997)

Director Partho Ghosh and Sridevi on the sets of the film Kaun Sachcha Kaun Jhootha in 1997, one of the last films Sridevi completed before taking her 15 year sabbatical.

The murder mystery with its many twists and turns, sadly under-performed at the box-office. However, director Partho Ghosh was so impressed by Sridevi's performance and professionalism, that he requested her to work on his film Yugpurush. 

Originally, Sridevi said yes but as the script developed she backed out and Manisha Koirala signed up for the film.
