Sridevi's daughter is trending on Netflix!
Congratulations to Janhvi Kapoor and team Gunjan Saxena. Conflating different issues, we can see the troll bots and half-wits who have 'disliked' the film and everything related to it on YouTube, questioning the merits of a genuinely beautifully made, acted, written film.
However, as more and more people are watching it and it has been universaly praised by reviewers and critics, clearly the vocal trolls are not getting their way.
Putting aside all our biases - the good and the bad - we saw the film and absolutely loved it. We see the online angry mob trying to lynch this film for their own warped interest, but their impotent rage needs to be diverted elsewhere.
Watch the film and be inspired and amazed. The team effort is incredible and gorgeously executed.
On a personal note, congratulation Sridevi-kid. You are a shining little star - well on your way to replace haloed ground left empty by your legendary mother.
