Mohanlal was three years older than Sridevi, both worked in the Malayalam film industry albeit at different times. Sridevi tryst in Kerala was brief, Mohan Lal obviously since... memory serves!
The two great actors and superstars could have done amazing work together but Sri's exorbitant budget back then and the modest films of Kerala in the 80s and 90s, well.. wasn't meant to be. Alas. The loss is all cine-goers'
We wish the great Kerala actor a very happy birthday; the legend turns 61 today.
