Sridevi starred in Guru. Twice.

Sridevi appeared in the Tamil film Guru (1980) and the Hindi film Guru (1989). 

But here's a name that comes up on IMDB a lot! 

Since then, there's the Malayalam film Guru (1997), the English film The Guru (2002), Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in Guru (2007), the Telugu film Guru (2017)... 

So when you're searching, have to be really specific! BTW the best of the lot is obviously the Mani Ratnam film. 

Love Sri, but the Tamil film is awful and the Hindi one is slightly cringe (despite it being a huge blockbuster!). 

Guru in Malayalam, English, Hindi and Telugu - and all as different as can be despite the same title!
