Born in Sivakasi on August 13 1963, her untimely and tragic death on February 24, 2018 left a nation in mourning. In our hearts, she'll forever be, the eternal Queen of Bollywood.
One of her most staunch critics was that other Telugu actress who never made it to the top, who frequently said that 'making faces was not acting.' Well, Sridevi was never shy of risking it all for the sake of a comedy scene. And let's be clear, in her lifetime her total tally of awards and rewards if far greater than anything her critics ever did.
