India's first stuntwoman: Reshma Pathan with Sridevi, Farha and Meenakshi

Reshma Pathan aka India’s first stuntwoman, has worked in innumerable Indian films and stepped in for incredible leading ladies from Hema Malini and Sridevi to Meenakshi and Farha [Naaz, aka Tabu's older sister and original Yash Chopra discovery!]. 

Reshma Pathan was fearless, hardworking and prolific. Living proof that if you fall off the horse, you get up again stronger. Tales of her can-do spirit, particularly during the making of Sholay when she was all but 14 are famous. BTW the lack of agency and protection for underage girls in the film industry... well, that's for another topic and day of discusssion!
