It’s an interesting point to note that, even today when Sridevi enters a venue,
the original Chandni eclipses everybody else.
That’s what happened at the wedding reception of yoga trainers Payal Gidwani and Manish Tiwari this Sunday, as the paparazzi went berserk trying to capture the gorgeous Indian actress, who arrived with her husband in tow to wish the newlywed couple.
Other famous ‘students’ of the yoga teachers also attended, like Gaurav Kapoor, Rashmi Nigam, Pankaj Dheer and Kunika Lal, Tulip Joshi and beau Vinod Nair. Earlier, Saif and Kareena were present for their pheras, as was Rani Mukherjee (who Payal is training). Payal’s mama [uncle], actor Vijay Kashyap, was seen at the event too.
Though it was a rather sedate sparkling grey saree, it was Sridevi that truly shone that night. When will the gorgeous actress return to screen? She simply smiled the answer away.
