Sridevi in and as, the definitive Chandni (1989).
Have heard there are re-makes of classic Sridevi films being made or in consideration. Laadla, Chandni and the re-mix version of the title song of Chandni has hit the air-waves.
Huge mistake. You cannot recreate the magic of Sridevi and her films and songs. It's a bad idea. Get the dvd, get the blue-ray, and watch the original films again and again, don't re-make it. I'm sorry to say, none of the actresses have that ethereal quality that makes Sridevi a superstar and incomparable actress. Making the film with lesser mortals is pure folly.
