Well, again, limited fact checking published in Filmfare recently as this could easily have been corrected. But we do understand that errors, typos and historical inaccuracies in print are inevitable today as the media is going through such massive culls; editors, sub-editors, fact-checkers have gone for a toss. Minimal staff, maximum hours.
Current Filmfare editor hasn't been one to check the nitty-gritty of a little thing like facts when gossip and innuendo sells more. Well, at least he wrote a moving tribute to Sridevi on her birth anniversary. Der aaye, durust aaye, ghar ke budhhu, ghar toh aaye...
