Early 1980s sari ad with Sridevi and.. Jaya Prada! Competitors on all fronts

A sari ad featuring Sridevi and Jaya Prada - shot separately obviously - from the early 1980s. 

Both were fighting for roles, films, directors, co-stars, magazine covers, hit songs, ads and even saris apparently. 

Well, Sridevi swanned by in elegant ease. She was much taller, had natural model-esque grace and as famed photographer Gautam Rajadhyaksha said, could carry western or traditional Indian attire with relentless grace - unlike many of her contemporaries.
