9 Hindi Films featuring Sridevi with Jaya Prada: Sisters on screen, Frenemies off screen: The Listicle

In Telugu, they appeared in 4 films - every single one of them was a blockbuster!! If you've ever wondered why they worked so often together on screen, when they famously did not get along off screen, well, money and movies go hand in hand together. 

A colleague stated that their petty squabbles sounded so high school; and indeed, it was. When these two stars met, they were in their teens, their childish warfare just got played out in the press instead of the corridors of a college. Who wore a better outfit, who got more money, who was too revealing, who got top billing, who was the bigger star, and who gave a better performance? These questions were lobbied by the peanut gallery to further stoke the fires. 

Unlike any other alleged rivalry between Sridevi - and insert any actress name - this one was far more brimstone and fire as each actress' camp provided the most serrated of quotes. Glad they buried the hatchet eventually... and not in the other's back!
